然后,关于门槛,冰缓和感电的门槛大幅度降低,是根据伤害定其效果发挥程度,只要能出来1%的减速或者增伤效果就可以。在你不撑冰缓效果加成/感电效果加成的情况下,默认就是单次的冰/电伤打掉对方0.33%/0.2%的最大血量就能触发至少1%减速/增伤了。
