For unknown reasons, my account ip was banned this noon.
I am very frustrated and I just bought the $60 supporter pack.
I do not think I did anything wrong, at least in-purposely, could you please give me some explanation?
I love this game, and I have to play it with a VPN because my bad internet connection, it jumps from different ip addresses sometimes, perhaps that is the reason?
If, I really did something wrong , please believe it is unintentional，and give me a chance to do it right~

这是之前看到的一个老哥的申诉，前段时间加速器的原因ip给禁我也发过ggg也回复了说是要把ip给他查明原因，后面就好了，如果没有rmt之类的话查清楚应该都能解决的 |
