If you pre-downloaded the torrent and are now getting the unsupported .gppk error you'll need to remove the content.ggpk, run the game, let it do the small patch and restart, then once it starts checking resources stop it and put the Content.ggpk back in.
We are currently investigating the issue where having pre-downloaded the torrent is causing people to have to download the whole game again. We'll post updates when we have them.
