标题: 这次更新以后poesmoother报错

之前用的好好的，就这次更新完就报错了。有没有大佬知道这是什么情况，报错内容在最下面。

PS：vc那些安装包弄过了；net4.8装了；管理员运行也搞过了；最新版的poeSmoother3.16.2也下过了；是国际服，并没有用汉化

报错内容

找到问题了。用win10/11。win7不行
